Parental Support Advisor
My Name is Sarah Alton and I’m your Parental Support Advisor (PSA). I joined the team in September 2023 and have over 25 years’ experience in similar roles.
My job is to engage with families and support our children. This includes being a member of the safeguarding team, dealing with daily attendance and punctuality issues and supporting families to seek additional support for emotional wellbeing, food, fuel, housing or money related struggles.
